INDIVIDUAL RESILIENCE TRAINING
Individual resilience training at our hospital focuses on equipping children and adolescents with skills to cope with stress, overcome challenges, and build emotional strength. Our trained mental health professionals use a variety of psychological therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and positive psychology interventions. These therapies help individuals identify and change negative thought patterns, develop healthy coping strategies, and enhance their ability to manage emotions effectively. Additionally, resilience training may include goal-setting exercises, relaxation techniques, and social skills development to foster resilience in different aspects of life. Our goal is to empower young individuals to navigate life’s ups and downs with confidence and resilience.
